Ingredients

  • 4 large Frozen Chicken Breasts
  • 1 packet of Taco Seasoning
  • 1 ½ cups Mild Salsa

Directions

1.) Place the chicken, seasoning, and pico de gallo into a crockpot on low heat. Let this cook for 8 hours.

2.) After the eight-hour mark, the chicken should be falling apart. With a fork, shred the chicken. Then serve with either brown rice or use a taco meat.
